Watson's Apothecary is the local pharmacy in Diamondback, run by Mr. Watson. It is located on Main Street, between the offices of The Great Southwestern Stagecoach Company and Bolivar's Dry Goods, and opposite the Hard Drive Saloon.
According to Andrew Jackson Lunamos in his work Wars, Lizards and Longhorns: A Rememberance of Life in Old New Mexico, Watson's apothecary was opened to mitigate the loss of the railroad route, when it was decided it would pass more southerly through Asbestos and Dry Rot.
