The War Office was a department of the British Government.

Gameplay

In 1912, a War Office employee accidentally booked Penny Pringle, an agent of the Bureau of Secret Service, on a mission concerning the theft of a valuable copy of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam, into Second Class of RMS Titanic. This ended up complicating the mission, as it limited her ability to move around the ship, and her contact, Frank Carlson, was booked into First Class.
