W.E. Carter is an unseen character in the game. His name is mentioned in the Cargo Manifest as he and his family are traveling with their car.

Importance

By obtaining his car keys from the Purser's Office, they can be used as a bribe to allow entry to the Cargo Hold in order to retrieve the painting.

Trivia

• Carter was a real-life First Class passenger who boarded the ship with his wife Lucile. Both survived the sinking.
