Pocket Watch is an item in Titanic: Adventure Out of Time.
Gameplay
The pocket watch is acquired at the beginning of the game when Frank leaves his cabin on the Titanic. It is always accessible via the UI at the bottom of the screen, to the right of the life preserver. It becomes important after the iceberg strike where he will perish in the sinking if he is unable to find a way off in time. Several cutscenes indicate that time has moved forward.
Notes
The pocket watch is seen on Carlson's desk at his apartment in London and is stopped at 2:20 AM, the same time that the Titanic sank.
