Isao is the piano player at the Hard Drive Saloon. He does not speak to The Stranger (or anyone in Diamondback, for that matter) as he only speaks Japanese according to Oona Canute. He instead communicates through the piano to convey his feelings.
Isao plays three different songs as the background music of the Hard Drive Saloon. Each can be heard by exiting and re-entering the building.
