George Windfall (b. August 23, 1841) is the bank teller at Diamondback Bank & Trust.
Background
He was given a copy of Wars, Lizards and Longhorns: A Rememberance of Life in Old New Mexico by his wife Violet for his 40th birthday, but then he proceeded to sell it to Help.
