Adolf Hitler was an Austrian dictator who started his career as a painter, most famously being the artist behind the Painting.

Following his failed ambitions to become a famous painter, he would go on to join the Nazi Party and later become its leader, resulting in World War II.

Importance

He is the artist who created the Painting. If it is retrieved, he becomes a famous painter instead of a dictator. Failure to do so, triggers the outbreak of World War II.

Trivia

• In the German version of Titanic: Adventure Out of Time, all references to Adolf Hitler were omitted because they would potentially violate German censorship laws. Producer Andrew Nelson remarked that "some complicated maneuvers" were necessary to fulfill the requests of the censors, as Hitler turned out to be a central part of the game.
